Jose Luis represents clients in multiple controversies of a civil nature brought before the Courts of the Mexican Republic, related to issues of civil liability, moral damages or damages; as well as disputes that deal with the fulfillment of obligations agreed in contracts related to real estate. (possession, ownership, guarantees, execution or leases).

In commercial matters, he represents various national and international financial entities and legal entities in the fulfillment of contracts (financial leasing, factoring, financial, trusts, execution of guarantees).

Recovery of debts derived from the subscription of credit or executive titles; as well as in corporate conflicts, (nullity of assemblies, opposition agreements, exclusion of partners, revocations of the Board of Directors, etc.).

In matter off Administrative Litigation, he represents and advises business groups before Federal and State Courts in controversies in which Authorities impose sanctions, limitations or restrictions that affect the free performance or exercise of its object.
